Current Opportunities: SENIOR CORPORATE/TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY - We are looking for a senior lateral attorney with at least ten years of experience with business planning, and related tax and securities issues to help lead our growing corporate and transactional practice. PROBATE/ELDER LAW/ESTATE PLANNING ATTORNEYS - We are looking for one or more attorneys with five plus years of experience in areas of probate, estate planning and elder law to help lead our growing probate/elder law/estate planning group practice, and also to mentor and work with our current associates. Ideal candidates for both positions will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative and drafting ability, and will have proven business development ability as evidenced by an established client base. A portable book of business is required. Compensation and Shareholder status is negotiable based upon qualifications, experience and portable business.
