Mr. Urban’s practice involves all aspects of commercial real
estate. His work includes acquisition, development, financing, and leasing,
regularly representing developers, landlords and tenants, property managers
and business owners with respect to a wide variety of commercial real estate
developments including shopping centers, office buildings, hospitals and
medical office buildings, as well as multi family residential developments.
Mr. Urban has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants
with respect to sophisticated commercial leases. He also works with banks
and borrowers structuring and closing a wide variety of lending and
borrowing arrangements, including land development and construction loans as
well as traditional secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loans.
In addition, his practice includes the corporate representation of clients
in connection with the acquisition, formation, operation, sale and merger of
their businesses with a special concentration on corporate, partnership and
limited liability company formation.
Personal: Married, two children; coaches hockey in the Wayzata
Youth Hockey Association and a member and past Chair
of the Wayzata Community Church Board of Deacons.
